Annie Moves Yoga is a mat-based and fully breath-driven practice. We flow to Annieʼs words under the rhythm of your own breath. Every flow is different and it will challenge you accordingly. In any given class, you can expect guided instruction accompanied by a curated playlist of songs available to you to flow with.
The goal of your practice? Release, both emotional, mental and physical. With a consistent Annie Moves yoga practice, you will be able to develop physical strength by releasing the mind and allowing peace and stillness to take over.
